The countdown is on! Only a few days remain until the WDSF World Championship Slovenia 2026! 🇸🇮
We are excited to present the official event schedule, including all the important information about the championship weekend — from the arrival of teams, veterinary checks and official training sessions to the competitions in IGP, Mondioring, Obedience and Agility, the opening ceremony, gala evening and closing ceremony. 🏆
📅 18–20 September 2026
📍 Maribor, Slovenia
We are also aware that some competitors will be taking part in two sports. The schedule has therefore been carefully prepared accordingly, with their participation in multiple sports taken into consideration wherever possible.
At all event locations, we will provide suitable infrastructure, as well as food and refreshments, so that competitors, team members and visitors can comfortably follow the programme throughout the weekend. 🍴🥤
We look forward to welcoming competitors, team members, supporters and visitors from around the world for a weekend celebrating our breed, dog sports and, above all, the unique partnership between humans and dogs. ❤️🐕

And most importantly — let’s approach this championship with an open mind and a positive spirit. Let’s not focus on what could go wrong, but on what we can create together. Let’s make this a positive, memorable and welcoming World Championship that celebrates our breed, our community and the sports we love. 🌍🐾
Let’s support one another, enjoy the competition, cheer for our dogs and simply enjoy being together and doing what we love most. ❤️
📣 Please take a moment to carefully review the schedule and make sure you know where and when each part of the programme will take place.
Driven by Joy. Guided by Respect.
